you ask us, how the current extraordinary situation has influenced the sales and production of RAKO tiles? Our company LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. has taken all the measures for maximum protection of our employees. Thank to our employees, the current RAKO tiles deliveries arranged to maximum extent. Of course, we cannot and do not want anticipate the superior power, we will not undergo any useless risks nor will we break any potential stricter quarantine measures. But with the exception of these extreme situations, we hope not to occure, the sales activities and services of our company secured to the usual extent.

• The dispatch offices are working without any restrains, our colleagues follow the highest safety measures possible.
• Our sales teams keep working full-time in home office and processing of all the orders is not endangered.
• Our sales and project teams are able to provide customers with proper services including the distribution of samples. Of course, our colleagues will try, based on an agreement with you, to satisfy your requirements as much as possible in the current situation, observing all the ordered security rules.
• The production plants continue producing without any interruption, we process more than 96 % of our own raw materials and we have the rest of the raw materials from extern resources available for several months for the production.
• According to our latest information, all the authorized RAKO business partners work without restrains both in the wholesale sphere, and for project supplies. The retail restrictions accorting to the government decree are respected and in most cases, it is possible to order the material in the e-shop of the particular business partner.
